Each cheer squad has a 5-minute cheer battle.

During the competition, cheerleaders are assigned to specific teams and cheer throughout the game. Judging takes place during the game, with the halftime performance holding the utmost significance.

Upon arrival at the venue, it is crucial to locate the check-in table to determine the team you will be paired with.

Ensuring safety is a top priority in cheerleading competitions. Cheerleaders are required to wear appropriate safety gear, including shoes, uniforms, and protective equipment. Stunts and pyramids must adhere to stringent guidelines to prevent injuries. For example, bases must maintain proper hand placement when lifting flyers, and flyers must sustain correct body alignment during stunts.
