Registration
To register your BattleGrounds Tournament 2023, you will need to follow below steps:
Contact the tournament organizers: Begin by reaching out to the organizers of The Battle Grounds tournament. This can typically be done through email or phone. BattleGrounds Staff will contact you with all necessary information on how to register and inform you about any specific requirements. (Please Skip to Step 2 if you’ve already been contacted)
Complete the registration form: Once you have received the registration details, proceed to fill out the registration form. This form will typically ask for essential information about your team, including the team's name, coach's name, and contact information. (Registration form is found at bottom of this page.)
Pay the Registration Fee*: Teams are require teams to pay a registration fee to finalize their registration by June 25th, 2023. The fee amount is $200 per team. Make sure to fulfill this requirement to secure your team's spot.
Submit the player roster and sizes: Before the tournament commences, you will need to submit a player roster containing the names, ages, and jersey numbers of all participating players. Additionally, the organizers may request information about player sizes to ensure proper uniform allocation.
Attend the Coaches Meeting: Prior to the BattleGrounds tournament's start, a Coaches Meeting will be held. It is crucial that at least one Representative from your Team attends the Coaches Meeting. Important details about the tournament, including game schedules, rules, and logistics, will be shared during this session. Please check the Updates here on this website for new information.
Check-in on the day of the tournament: On the day of the tournament, you will be required to check-in at the designated location. During check-in, you may need to verify your submitted roster and provide any additional information requested by the organizers to ensure smooth tournament operations.
Following the above steps will enable you to complete the registration process for The BattleGrounds Tournament. Once the process is finalized, you will receive confirmation of your team's acceptance into the tournament, along with any additional pertinent information.
